Booking FAQ
How do deposits work?
We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. If the booking is made within 12 weeks of the check in date then the full amount is due. All payments are made through our secure payment link.
When is the balance due?
Balances are due 12 weeks before your vacation is due to start.
What happens after paying the balance?
I will send to you our manager contact details, Key code to the villa, directions, vouchers for any local restaurant discounts, villa directory, etc.
What if flights are delayed?
No problem, you can arrive at the villa at anytime as we operate with self check in.
Arrival process
Upon arrival, park you car and at the front door you will find a key safe, we will give you your unique key code before your arrival.
